Shipping Policy

Processing Time: 

Your order will be ready to ship within 3-4 working days of placing your order.

Delivery Time:

Shipping times may vary based on location, but we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible once it has been processed.

Shipping Regions & charges:

We currently only ship across India. We charge flat ₹99 for delivery for orders below ₹999 which is non refundable amount in any circumstances.

Payments Policy

No Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not offer COD as a payment option. All orders must be paid for in advance through the available online payment methods.

Cancellation and Return Policy

No Cancellations or Returns: We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Any purchases made on the Sale day or using coupons will be deemed as final and no exchange, return or cancellations will be provided. If you have any queries while placing orders please reach out to us on contact details.

 Claims for Damaged or Defective Products

Unboxing Video Required for Claims: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please record an unboxing video. This video will be required for any claim related to product damage. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted. The video can be share on info@arvynns.com or Whatsapp +91 8296494631 with order details within 3 days of receiving the product. The damage should be from manufacturing or shipping errors only. Any delivery charges will not be refunded on any claims.

Product Unavailability & Order Fulfillment Limitations

Our products are handcrafted in limited quantities. In rare case of product unavailability, we will reach out to you based on contact information provided in order details and update on product unavailability and shall refund the particular product cost from total order amount and deliver the remaining available products from your order. In case if Arvynns is unable to fulfill your order due to any circumstances, you will be notified between 3-4 working days and will refund the entire amount paid for the order within 3-4 working days on payment information shared with us manually.
